As a R&D engineer, your purpose is to develop, test and introduce new methods in the Diabatix technology platform. For the expansion of the team, Diabatix is looking for a civil, mechanical or mathematical engineer, with a strong background in numerical modeling of flows (CFD). As a senior R&D engineer, and an expert in the field of numerical modeling, you have two main responsibilities. First, you are to contribute to the development of the CFD module within our AI system. Second, you will be reinforcing the Operations team in the execution of complicated customer projects, e.g. because of multi-physics or complex simulation set-ups.

The Structural Application Engineer is responsible for providing world class engineering services to customers, in the numerical simulation field. What to expect as your main responsibilities: Support our mechanical engineering simulation consulting work for various industries, Provide world class software assistance to our customers, while establishing a friendly, collaborative rapport; Provide software training to our customers; Troubleshoot user models and recommend best practices and modeling guidelines to improve customer satisfaction and productivity; Interact closely with the development team to identify and correct software deficiencies; Consistently improve our understanding of customer workflows and provide feedback to the product and development teams;
